Body Odor

Everyone will smell at some point in time if they don't take a bath. Sweat doesn't have an odor when it come out of your pores. The odor is produced by bacteria on your skin's surface. The bacteria breaks down the sweat to produce that B.O. smell. Most people prevent the signature body odor smell by bathing and washing themselve at regular intervals.

Most people can prevent body odor by:

Taking a bath or shower

Changing underwear

Using deodorants

Keeping their skin dry

Bacteria grows more rapidly on moist skin and thus the B.O. begins.

If you take the steps above and you still smell, you probably have something more serious going on. You could possibly have a skin infection or be eating too much protein. You can either be cured with an antibiotic treatment or by eating less meats and dairy products.
